Tips on how to build your karma & get rewards on AlphaMind

If you are reading this article, most probably you already have some experience in doing airdrop campaigns, rewarding quests, etc.

You could even witness the extraordinary, crazy amount of free cash (aka "Helicopter money") given away by $JTO, $TIA, and other ecosystems & projects with massive airdrop campaigns at the beginning of this year.

Probably you noticed how this “airdrop farming” narrative, despite its huge hype at the beginning of 2024, slowly died by summer, degenerated into an outright community scam, and became one of the most FUDded topics in crypto Twitter.

On one side, airdrop systems were exploited by a flood of multi-wallet degen farmers, multi-accounting syndicates, and dumpers, creating headaches for founders. Instead of attracting real, loyal users, projects received enormous amounts of bots & drop hunters who have one goal: get free money and run away.

On the other hand, many projects, after receiving all the traction, huge vanity metrics, and support from their communities, decided to betray that trust by throwing crumbs instead of the “promised millions,” leaving their most loyal users feeling unsatisfied, used, and left without profits.

However, if you passed through all these crazy crypto movements and you are still here, you are not just a lemming, my friend. And now as project founders, crypto enthusiasts, or community members, we have a choice to make.

Getting 100,000$ for swapping tokens for half a year was never a sustainable idea. But with the lessons we've learned and the current state of the airdrop space, our choices seem limited: either we build a balanced system that rewards both users and projects, a system that is fair for all wallets, a system that rewards true contribution or we tap the hamster, or we generate useless buzz without real substance.

At AlphaMind we decided to learn from others' mistakes. And developed the Karma System - the next-gen recognition & reward system that is based at its core on the Indian spiritual understanding of karma, where every small or big thing you do has its impact.

We believe that it is essential to make Web3 Alpha accessible to everyone.

Whether you've got a small pocket & limited budget, but have extra time to contribute to the ecosystem, or if you have money but don't have time. If you are committed to contributing to AlphaMind ecosystem and believe in the projects we launch, you will be able to earn an allocation and ecosystem rewards.

We still have a long way to go, Karma system will grow along with alphaminders!

In today's article, I want to answer 2 key questions:

  • "What awards and value does Karma bring to you, the retail community?"
  • and "How can you earn the max & climb to the top of the leaderboard with minimal cash and no audience in social media?"

AlphaMind's Karma Value:

Karma in the AlphaMind ecosystem holds significant value, acting as your gateway to numerous benefits and rewards.

The higher your Karma score, the greater your chances of securing substantial allocations in upcoming IDOs. Being at the top of the Karma leaderboard can grant you access to exclusive airdrops (AlphaDrops), enhanced staking rewards, and even priority participation in high-quality Web3 projects launching on AlphaMind.

Additionally, your Karma score can determine your eligibility for special perks like staking boosts, where users in higher tiers can earn up to 2.5 times their staking rewards.

Karma is not just a score—it’s a measure of your engagement and contribution to the ecosystem, translating directly into tangible rewards and opportunities that can significantly boost your portfolio.

How to Earn & Grow Karma:

The most effective way to earn Karma in the AlphaMind ecosystem is by actively engaging in community activities & contributing to the ecosystem & projects on AlphaMind.

Complete quests and earn Karma

Go to the Build Karma page on our app and discover all types of activities, quests & tasks that will earn you points.

Remember: you can earn significant Karma by participating in Alpha Quests - special time-limited quests about new web3 projects in the AlphaMind hot pipeline. Each Alpha quest reveals a new project carefully selected by VC analysts' team for potential future launch on AlphaMind platform.

Discover web3 alpha projects quests on alphamind

Unlike other launchpads, we present them to the community at a very early stage, transparently providing all the essential information, projects' fundamentals & investment memos for our active community members to digest, research and make mindful decisions. This is a great opportunity to earn extra Karma while learning about cool web3 alphas, engaging with them, and leaving your feedback.

Claim Discord Role:

You can also receive karma by engaging with our content or initiating interesting discussions in our Discord community, and for that, we have a special "Supporter" role in Discord. If you get a role in Discord and actively engage with our server you can receive +800 Karma points each week!

Create content

Soon contribution quests will be available to our community: make a TikTok video about AlphaMind, make a YouTube short about our Alpha project, write an educational article or a hands-on tutorial for our blog. Those quests won't be mandatory but they show your true engagement, so for them, we will have the biggest karma allocations reflecting the value of your contribution to the ecosystem.

Invite friends and get up to 20% of their Karma

Another way to earn Karma is by inviting friends to join the AlphaMind platform. For each friend who signs up and begins earning their own Karma, you receive a percentage of their points. For now, it’s as high as 20% Karma from your referral! This referral system encourages you to grow the community while being rewarded for your efforts.

Invite friends and grow your Karma

Once the $MIND token (a native token in the AlphaMind ecosystem) is live, you’ll have even more ways to grow and scale your Karma. For example, if you don’t have much time to participate in all these quest activities, you can still earn Karma by staking your $MIND tokens. The longer and more $MIND you stake, the more Karma you accumulate, thanks to multipliers that reward long-term commitment.

For example, staking 10,000 $MIND tokens for 183 days could earn you a base of 2 Karma points, which could then be multiplied up to 2.5 times depending on the duration, giving you a total of 5 Karma points. This consistent earning method ensures that even with limited time, you can still climb the Karma leaderboard and gain access to the rewards that come with higher tiers in the AlphaMind ecosystem.

Mint a seasonal NFT pass (Launching Soon)

Another way to become part of AlphaMind is to mint a seasonal NFT which grants you the right for a 1 guaranteed allocation in the project of your choice among the next 3 IDOs. Those NFTs work as fast passes, but they will be very limited and rare.

Here's an example of the first upcoming seasonal NFT:

AlphaMind season 1 NFT pass

To obtain such an NFT pass, you have to act fast and have your ear on the ground. But if you got a chance to mint it, except guaranteed IDO allocation, this NFT has some additional features and utilities.

The pass grants you access to the VIP private Discord channel with AlphaMind Founders & VC analysts to be the first to access & discuss new Alphas, vote for the next IDOs, and get personalized support from the AlphaMind team (only for the duration of the pass). Additionally, you will receive 2X ecosystem rewards from AlphaMind projects & partners. The Mint of this NFT will be soon announced in our socials, so stay tuned 👀
