How to Join the CereBree ($CRX) Token Sale on AlphaMind
CereBree’s $CRX Community Sale opens on AlphaMind on June 10. Learn the round terms, accepted chains, wallet setup, TGE unlock and how to participate.
CereBree’s $CRX Community Sale opens on AlphaMind on June 10.
If you are here for the practical part, the flow is simple: open the official AlphaMind sale page, connect your wallet, sign the required wallet confirmations, choose USDT or USDC on a supported chain, enter your allocation, and confirm the transaction on-chain.
Not financial advice. Token sales are high-risk. Always do your own research before participating.
Before you do that, here is what you need to know.
CereBree $CRX token sale conditions
CereBree $CRX sale at a glance
Early public access to $CRX before the planned listing, with USDT/USDC participation across supported chains and no entry barrier for retail (no launchpad token staking or holding required).
The AlphaMind round gives public participants access to $CRX at a 37.5% discount to the planned listing price.
This is not a guarantee of profit. Listing price, liquidity, market demand, timing, and broader crypto conditions can all affect token performance after TGE.
What is CereBree?
CereBree is building an on-chain cognitive AI layer for enterprise, healthcare, and human-development data.
That sounds abstract, so here is the simpler version: CereBree is not trying to be another chatbot. It is building a group of AI products that share one intelligence layer, called Cognie, so data and context can compound across different real-world use cases.
The project is focused on three main areas:
Enterprise intelligence: HRX, CereBree’s enterprise AI layer for workforce intelligence, CRM workflows, IT service management, and organizational operations.
Healthcare operations and support: HealOpera, CereAura, and CereOnco, covering hospital workflows, autism support, and oncology-related intelligence.
Human development: AI-assisted systems for career, learning, identity, and long-term personal context.
The core idea is that AI becomes more valuable when it remembers context, connects fragmented data, and supports decisions over time.
Why this $CRX round is worth studying
Most AI token launches are still built around a future promise and empty hype.
CereBree is interesting because the project reports actual traction across enterprise and healthcare-facing verticals:
- $1M pre-seed raised
- Post-revenue business
- €650K revenue in Q2 2026
- HRX live with 3 institutional clients in DACH
- One large German insurer among HRX clients
- HealOpera with 200 hospital partnerships onboarded
- CereAura public beta with NASOM partnership access to 250K+ autistic children
- CereOnco with 300+ radiology firms, pharmacies, and researchers onboarding
- Oracle partnership for data-lake monetization and large-scale enterprise data processing, according to the project
The strongest part of the CereBree story is not that it has an AI token. The stronger angle is that it is trying to connect enterprise AI, healthcare workflows, and long-term human data into one cognitive infrastructure layer.
That is a difficult execution path. But if it works, $CRX is positioned as the economic layer across more than one product or market.
Read the AlphaMind Project Memo
AlphaMind’s analyst team also prepared a dedicated CereBree Project Memo, available directly on the token sale page.
The memo explains why CereBree was selected from the broader pipeline of projects applying to launch on AlphaMind. It covers the project’s product ecosystem, reported traction, token utility, round terms, competitive edge, opportunities, and key risks.
If you are considering participating, read the memo before buying. It is designed to help you understand the thesis behind the sale, not to replace your own research.
What is $CRX used for (token utility)?
$CRX is designed to support activity across the CereBree ecosystem.
According to the project, token utility includes:
- Platform payments
- Enterprise access tiers
- Ecosystem fee settlement
- Staking rewards
- Governance participation
- Buyback and burn mechanics
- Treasury-driven ecosystem growth
The important question for participants is not only “what is the token price?” but also “will the token become useful inside real products?”
That is the main execution test for $CRX after launch.
Why AlphaMind?
You do not need to buy or stake an AlphaMind token to participate in the CereBree sale.
That matters because many launchpads force users to buy the launchpad’s own token before they can access allocations. AlphaMind does not use that model for this sale.
For the CereBree round, participation is designed to be straightforward:
- Use USDT or USDC
- Choose BNB Chain, Arbitrum, or Base
- Connect a Web3 wallet
- Sign the required wallet confirmations
- Confirm the purchase on-chain
- Track your allocation through AlphaMind
The goal is to make the sale accessible without adding an extra staking gate between the user and the project.
Before you participate
Prepare these before opening the sale page.
1. A Web3 wallet
You can use wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby, Trust Wallet, or OKX Wallet.
Use the wallet you want associated with your $CRX allocation.
2. USDT or USDC
The sale accepts USDT and USDC on supported chains.
Make sure your funds are on BNB Chain, Arbitrum, or Base before confirming the transaction.
3. Gas tokens
You also need a small amount of the native gas token:
- BNB for BNB Chain
- ETH for Arbitrum
- ETH for Base
4. The official AlphaMind sale page
Only use the official CereBree token sale page on AlphaMind.
Do not connect your wallet through random links in DMs, unofficial Telegram messages, fake support accounts, comments, or lookalike websites.
How to join the CereBree $CRX sale
Step 1: Open the official sale page
Go to the official CereBree $CRX sale page on AlphaMind.
Check the project name, ticker, price, supported chains, and participation terms before continuing.
Step 2: Connect your wallet
Click Connect Wallet and choose your wallet provider.
Approve the wallet connection.
Step 3: Sign AlphaMind Terms & Conditions
After connecting your wallet, you will be asked to sign AlphaMind’s Terms & Conditions in your wallet.
This is a wallet signature, not a token transfer. It confirms that you accept the platform participation terms before moving forward.
Step 4: Choose your payment token and chain
Select USDT or USDC.
Then choose the chain you want to use: BNB Chain, Arbitrum, or Base.

Step 5: Enter your allocation
Enter the amount you want to participate with.
The interface will calculate your estimated $CRX allocation based on the round price.
For reference, at $0.025 per CRX:

Note: these examples are based on the round price only and do not include gas fees, vesting, or any future market movement.
BTW: want to test your own scenario? Use the free AlphaMind Token Sale ROI Calculator to model paper ROI, liquid-at-TGE value, vesting, FDV and break-even assumptions before participating.
Step 6: Sign the Web3 participation disclaimer
Before purchasing, you will also need to confirm the sale disclaimer using a Web3 wallet signature.
Instead of a long, bureaucratic KYC flow, this sale uses a lightweight Web3 Signature disclaimer. By signing it, you confirm that you understand the participation terms, jurisdiction restrictions, and risks of joining the token sale.
This signature does not transfer funds. It is a confirmation step before the on-chain purchase.
Step 7: Approve and confirm the transaction
Your wallet may first ask you to approve USDT or USDC spending.
After that, confirm the final purchase transaction.
Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, your allocation should appear in the AlphaMind interface.
What happens after the sale?
After TGE, $CRX distribution will be handled by CereBree team, and will follow the round vesting schedule:
- 25% unlocks at TGE
- No cliff. The remaining allocation vests linearly over 6 months
Claim instructions will be shared through official AlphaMind and CereBree channels closer to TGE (est. in August 2026).
Do not trust claim links from unofficial DMs or social comments.
Key risks to understand
CereBree has a strong AI infrastructure narrative, but this is still a crypto token sale. It carries real risk.
Token risk: $CRX can trade below the round price or planned listing price after launch.
Liquidity risk: Even if a listing happens, available liquidity can affect volatility, slippage, and the ability to enter or exit positions.
Execution risk: CereBree is building across enterprise, healthcare, and human-development verticals at the same time. That creates upside, but also operational complexity.
Token utility risk: Long-term demand depends on $CRX becoming meaningfully used across the ecosystem, not just mentioned in the tokenomics.
Healthcare and compliance risk: Healthcare-related products involve sensitive data, regulatory requirements, and longer adoption cycles.
Only participate with an amount you can afford to risk.

Final Note for Crypto Community
CereBree is not a primitive AI-token narrative.
The project is attempting to build a cognitive AI infrastructure layer across enterprise, healthcare, and human-development use cases, with $CRX positioned as the economic layer of that ecosystem.
The AlphaMind Community Sale offers early public access at $0.025, compared with a planned $0.040 listing price, with no AlphaMind token staking requirement.
If you are looking at AI infrastructure token sales, CereBree is worth studying carefully. Read the memo, review the risks, and only participate with capital you are comfortable risking.
Do your own research. Understand the risks. Participate responsibly.
